Custom Work
With any custom wrap, it may take longer then if you were going to purchase a prebuilt design. Each custom requires a significant amount of time from our graphic design team. Designing, printing and producing the quality product you expect all takes time.
Our designers use a program that casts a 2D of your machine. We can't guarantee that every printed line in the design will have a perfect fit once applied. We are aware of these problematic areas and do our best to mitigate and keep this to a minimum.
Digital proofs will be sent to you of your design. Cell phones and computers display colors in an RGB format, Our design and print programs use another format (CMYK) when printing. This results is colors not always showing up the exact same way on cell phones and computers as to true print colors. The usual result of colors showing up brighter on proofs.
With any custom design, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit that goes towards artwork for your project. 3Sixty5Designs works with the customer day or night to ensure the best in designs, products and installs, We care that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

At 3Sixty5Designs we use Canada post delivery for our shipping. If you receive a product and there is any damage to it, please contact us with pictures so we can take appropriate steps in assuring your product gets replaced. We will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

Warranty
3Sixty5Designs.com can not be held responsible for improper installation of products, damage to them during installs or damage caused by everyday use will not be covered under warranty. If such a failure in our product does arise (within a 1 year period from time of purchase) we will gladly replace your parts free of charge. After an inspection of failure is examined.
